Wordpress is totally amazing!
I wanted to bring up this site. And I wanted to do it in way that it looked professional (if not complete) in a minimum amount of time.
I wanted to create it to be a prototype of its self, something that I could play around with. Something that I could use to flesh out a site structure.
The task seemed a bit daunting, even to me, a technical guy. I figured a whole weekend would get me something very ‘bare bones’ and not looking to good.
Surprise, I am now eight hours into this site and it looks great. Many thanks to the Wordpress developers who have collaborated over the years to bring us up to version 2.7.1, the photographers over at flickr.com who have contributed under the Creative Commons license and allow me to use their work.
